Following a fire at the prestigious 64 Clarenden Road offices at which DLG were a tenant, all occupants had to evacuate the building and set up in alternative premises whilst the building was subject to a lengthy insurance investigation from which followed the landlord refurbishment of all areas.
DLG decided that they wanted the high profile ground floor, street facing space, following the previous client having decided to move away.
Prodjex were asked to tender for the work and provided the design and specification from which all tenders would base their submittal.
Prodjex won the work against fierce competition, not least from the Landlords own contractor, who had just recently refurbished the building.
It was Prodjex great design, value for money and clear interpretation of the clients requirements, consequently showcased in both their presentation and costings proposal, that secured a contract in probably the best office space in Watford.
The project start early in the New Year and has a six week programme.
