Whilst the Principal Contractor - for the build of the steel portal framed building - had costed the fit out works, the client had lost faith in them contractually and didn’t believe that they were receiving value for money.

Prodjex designed & specified the fit out and were awarded the contract based on being able to quickly realise the clients vision whilst providing value for money solutions.
